*Only use the firmware updater if you purchased your tablet pre June 2022* If you purchased a trio or duo download this firmware updater to get access to the Tone Traveler V2 firmware upgrade!  If your package came with a speaker that says Duosi on the silver grill, contact us and we will send you a new speaker.  Duosi speakers will not work with the firmware update!  If your system came with a speaker that says EWA on the silver grill, go ahead with the update, everything will work great.
