If you would like to return a product to us within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at sales@DrHerringbone.com or leave us a message on this site (see the contact us page), and we will issue you a full refund.
We only ask that you cover the shipping expenses to get it back to us.
That being said, we can only accept returns if all components are still accounted for. Your return must include:
Your Tone Traveler Tablet
Speaker and Speaker Clamp
All included cables, charger, and literature.
We cannot accept returns without the box or where components have been heavily damaged for a full refund but we will work with our customers on a person to person basis to come up with a solution that is amicable for all parties.
Once we have received your return, we will refund you in full.
We do not resell returned product to the public but we do often use them as review packages, store demos, or giveaways so receiving all components is important to us as we are a very small company with limited resources and inventory.
